  • Played in doubles (2v2), according to the scoring and rules of tennis

  • The ball can bounce on the ground once

  • The ball must bounce before it hits any part of the court

  • The ball bouncing back from the glass and the grid is still in play

  • We will tell the rest in person!

The paddle is played with a non-stringed racket, unlike tennis. Depending on the shape, material, and weight, you can choose from different types of paddle rackets, each favoring different playing styles.

Then join us! The Nova Padel Club in Pécs is looking for a dynamic club leader for its team.

We are looking for you if:


  • You communicate well in Hungarian and English (in writing as well)

  • You enjoy working with people

  • You are a good team player but can confidently complete tasks alone as well

  • Your strength is organization

  • You love sports

  • You handle ad-hoc situations well

  • It's not a problem if you occasionally have to work in the evening or on weekends

Tasks:


  • Operational management of the padel club

  • Supporting the long-term growth and effectiveness of the club

  • Operational management of the padel club

  • Managing and supervising the club's daily operations

  • Organizing matches

  • Player recruitment

  • Managing court bookings, schedules, and events

  • Organizing tournaments, internal championships, and community programs

  • Communicating with sponsors, suppliers, and partners

  • Maintaining cohesion among team members, potentially coordinating (coaches, receptionists)
