It's not a problem if you occasionally have to work in the evening or on weekends
Tasks:
Operational management of the padel club
Supporting the long-term growth and effectiveness of the club
Operational management of the padel club
Managing and supervising the club's daily operations
Organizing matches
Player recruitment
Managing court bookings, schedules, and events
Organizing tournaments, internal championships, and community programs
Communicating with sponsors, suppliers, and partners
Maintaining cohesion among team members, potentially coordinating (coaches, receptionists)
